• Email or SMS verification must be completed after registration.
• Those whose accounts have been previously closed may not open new accounts.

999bdcom reserves the right to reject any registration application without stating a reason. Account security is entirely the member's responsibility. You are strongly urged to change your password regularly and not share it with anyone.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules must be strictly followed for deposits and withdrawals on 999bdcom. 999bdcom ensures all financial transactions are completed securely through encrypted technology.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT ৳500.
• Only Mobile Pay, Nagad, or other approved payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Transactions using third-party payment accounts will be cancelled.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business hours.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
• 999bdcom reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is completed.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules always apply when betting on 999bdcom. Acceptance of a bet means 999bdcom has agreed to the bet's terms. However, 999bdcom reserves the right to void bets accepted at incorrect odds displayed due to technical error.

• Each bet has a specified minimum and maximum amount, which may vary by market.
• Once a bet is accepted, it generally cannot be cancelled, but the cashout feature may be used if available.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets on that event will be voided and funds refunded.
• Odds in Live Betting can change at any time — bets are accepted only after confirmation at the final odds.
• If one leg is voided in an accumulator or combo bet, that leg's odds will be treated as 1.00.
• If results declared based on incorrect scores or information are later corrected, bet outcomes will also change.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

999bdcom provides various bonuses and promotional offers to its members. Each bonus offer has its own specific terms and conditions detailed on the relevant promotion page.

• Welcome bonus is for new members only and applicable once.
• Each bonus has a wagering requirement equal to a specified multiple of the bonus amount.
• Bets placed with bonus balance cannot win real money until wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same device, IP address, or household is prohibited.
• When a bonus offer expires, any unused bonus balance will be automatically forfeited.
• 999bdcom reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999bdcom platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action if necessary.

• Creating multiple accounts or using multiple identities.
• Bonus abuse or betting for the purpose of bonus arbitrage.
• Betting based on match-fixing or inside information.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other form of technical attack.
• Betting using bots or automated software.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.

7 Responsible Betting

999bdcom believes betting is entertainment, not a source of income. That's why 999bdcom encourages all members to bet responsibly and provides various tools to help.

• Set deposit limits — set limits on how much you deposit daily, weekly, or monthly.
• Betting Limits — set your own maximum amount for each bet.
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily lock your account from 24 hours up to 6 months for a break.
• Loss Limit — set a cap on how much you can lose within a specified period.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

• Account inactive for an extended period.

10 Dispute Resolution

If you object to any bet result, transaction, or 999bdcom decision, follow this process:

• If any part of these Terms is deemed legally invalid, the remaining parts shall remain fully effective.
